Fertilized eggs should be a beige colour, non fertilized will be whitish. Now as for moving the eggs, I would wait and see, if the eggs develop first or not. It would be a shame to go through all the effort to of moving the eggs, only to find out they are sterile What happened the first time, to the eggs, were they all eaten?
One problem with moving eggs from one tank to the next is keeping the water chemistry the same. Sometimes it is best to leave the eggs and move the wigglers, that actually survive.
