i Have two oscars both are females .They have both grown together and are set .As they are laying eggs i am bringing a
breeding size male ......I want to know if the females will get adjusted with the male ..or will the females fight ...
some one please me some advise....

its a bad idea to have only 3 oscars, one will always be beaten on. IF you add a male one of the females will pair up with it. Once they get ready to breed they will start to attack the other female because she poses a threat to their fry. If you want to add a male just remove one of the females.

Yeah...fully agreed from what i know bout o's when the 2 pair up (if they do pair up) they will kill the other one come breeding time. And if they don't pair up your 2 females might be "paired up" and kill the male......oscars are wierd. From what i know 2 oscars can pair up even if they are female and the one will act like a male.......strange fish as i said  :sad5:
