new tank setup

I was thinking of setting up another tank to put two convicts in to attempt breeding. Any objections to this setup (I am trying to keep this fifth tank as inexpensive as possible). I have a 30L with a penguin 330 w/bio-wheels. I was thinking of using no gravel, only a very small amount. I guess that would be it. What else would I need for sure, if anything. Thanks,
jason

nothing else is necessary but it would be better if you had a small clay flower pot or some kind of rock cave plastic or real rock for the female to lay her eggs in. An airstone wouldnt hurt but isnt necessary if you keep the water changed weekly and dont over feed.
