Hi all,
I just got a few tanks, 8 to be exact just thought I'd send a post to see what you guys think of the deal i got,
48inx18x14 complete setup with tank stand overflow setup in the end of the tank with bioballs and pump etc.
3x 30in tank of various sizes
3ft with a divider in the middle
4ft with a divider in the middle
6ft split in to four sections with an over flow and bio ball chamber(With the balls) on the end + a pump and stand for it
and a 22in cubed tank with stand
AC300 filter + various other filters etc etc
all for $250 aussie dollars (About 125 us dollars),
got it all for me and my sister boyfriend so we can try and breed some fish, i was only intending on getin 1 or 2 of the tanks but the guy i got em off wanted to get rid of a few and they where cheap,,
so now i have a total of 15 tanks, crazy stuff,,, this hobby is just to damn addictive,

Thanks Guys,

Mick.

Yeh, 2nd hand is the best way to go, When i got my 550L i checked out a similar(not quite as big) setup new with everything needed and i would have cost me over 2000 aussie(x2 to get rough US $ convesions) to get, mine cost me 500,, much better,, the cabinet may not be as nice as a new one but who cares i dont stare at that when i have several very active, playful and amusing oscars above it.

gota love those oscars....

Hey i saw my first adult dovii today, what a mean looking fish they are, absolutly awesome still cant get over the size of it - i will have to get one eventualy :-)

thanks for the replys guys Image
