how do i post pics with my posts?

At the bottom under the box where you type your post it says "Attach file:" and there is a BROWSE button. click the browse button to search for the picture file on your computer. Or you can post to the photogallery, http://www.cichlidfish.com/photogallery/uploadphoto.php

I am still having trouble attaching a picture to my post. I did as above and clicked the browse, found the picture clicked on it and put it in the attachment window, but it is not on my post. What could I be doing wrong? I am sure it is a problem between the keyboard and the floor!!!

I have tried the directions above and I still can't attach a picture. Any idea what I may be doing wrong? I'm sure it is a technical problem between the keyboard and the floor!!!
