Hey everyone how many times should I be feeding my african cichlids?

The anwser will vary by personal oponion.

Most people feed once however much the fish can eat within 2 minutes.

I feed the adult and my juvenile cichlids only once a day.. this helps keep the nitrates down and less tank/filter maintance.. NOW on my fry tanks, they get it twice, once in the morning and once at nite.. they need more food so they can grow faster, but then U are also doing more water changes, like every 4 days on mine at 50%..
