How many Oscars?

:nono:
Another question I have about Oscars.  How many could live comfortable in a 125 gallon tank (72x18x18).  There are 2 tiger Oscars about 4 inches now and a 14" Raphael Cat and was thinking of adding 2 more fish and a Pleco.  Maybe 2 Albino Tiger Oscars or if you could reccomend 2 other good tank mates that aren't Oscars?

Two more Oscars would be OK if you are very strict with your schedule of aquarium maintenance. One would be better, and in your 125 it would not be inappropriate just to stick to the two you have. They will attain 12"+ in size fairly rapidly (2 years or less) and will make that roomy 125 seem full. Be careful adding smaller fish -- Oscars understand that smaller fishes are merely snacks. --Mark

Thanks again, I think I will just add a Pleco and let the 2 Oscars have there freedom.  I am not into overcrowding my tanks at all.  I usually have kept smaller or dwarf Cichlids and am a little nervous that these two beasts will get out of control.
