big fan of Cichlids, Jack Demspey's specifically, but i have an Oscar tank too. i actually found this site while trying to find treatments for what i believe to be hith on my albino.

Ahhh a Dempsey fan. I have one male JD named "Elvis" that's a real piece of work. He would eat anything else I put in the tank so I decided to put large snails in. It's funny because he can't figure out how to eat them.

I have a second female JD with Africans in a 150 gallon. She doesn't eat the other fish even the small 2-3" Africans but she definitly rules the tank. If she wants a particular rock or spot she gets it.
