Would a Interpet IPF Duo 2 be good for a 10 gallon? or is it too powerful?

I have never heard of that filter sorry. Why not just go on bigals and buy a small Aqua Clear?

thats what I'd go for too.

the submersiables are ok for amphibian and turtle tanks but I never found any I've liked better then a hang-on for a fish set-up

just my two cents --> for what good they do in a fish setup I'd rather run regular sponge filters
