Just go to the user cp, ie user control panel and go to edit options section or edit profile....the avatar option is in there somewhere...

i dont think you should let people change their titles.......
a fixed one is good...that way, people can earn their way up =]

Yea, i'm in favor of that too. That's how I got it setup right now. I put a vote thread about this and it seems this notion is winning so far. Someone was suggesting that maybe we should let users change their user title to whatever they want after they reach a certain amount of posts, like 150 or more....here's a link to the thread about this. I think only mods/supermods/admins can see it though....

i think the title only reflects what your role is in the SITE/FORUM ONLY..... so it should be a fixed title...so people can knoe wut you really are..... =] the title cant just be..anything..... or it wouldnt be a title. you gatta earn it....EVERYONE reguardless how many posts they have...wut we should vote on is the names of the titles....and how many posts are needed to earn the title....

Yea, that's how I got it set up. We're still open to more "Titles" though. Right now it is set to Fry, Cichlid Member, and Cichlid King
I'll have to check how many posts are required for Member and King....

Why do I still have a custom title?

oh, I have to run this database recount utility and it's kind of server intensive so I want to do it after we decide for sure what we want to stick with. That will update the info for everyone etc....

0-25 = Fishie Egg
25-50 = Wriggler(sp?)
50-100= Fry
100-150= Fishie ....lol
150-200= Big Fishie
200-300= Alpha Fishie
300-400= Super Fishie
400-500= Tank Buster
500-1000= Wise Old Fishie
1000+= GOD Fishie
10000= Dead Fishie...lol


that would be MY system......you can change Fishie to cichlid if you want...if it looks better

Fry for 2 posts
Cichlid Member at 30 posts
and Cichlid King at 100 posts
