How many fry will a female convict have?

You will probably get about 50 of them. She will lay up to around 100, but they will not all get fertilized. After the pair has spawned and had fry several times the number of fertilized eggs will increase. Don't be disappointed if you only get around 20-30 the first time. Those buggers grow quick, fast and in a hurry.

my convicts got 185 fry the first time, and about 300 the second(I counted them when I moved them)

it depends on how big the breeding pairs are. if they're big, then more babies, if small, then u kno, less.
