Clowns are nockternal and just about blind fish. They need a tube of some sort, pvc, clear plexi etc. for the safe feeling the crave. Im not sure what the ph should be nor the water temp sorry. I know they will eat brine, krill etc. Other then that not sure what else. Good luck as I know there is not much on the net about these interesting creatures.

I never had one, but seems people who do really like them,

It should have a tank big enough for it to grow in, usually a 150 gallon will be to small
by the time it reaches maturity.
This Clown, is a fish that should be placed with other fish of its own size,
or larger .
It is also the largest of its family, and is used as a food in the wild. Its home range is
Thailand
Burma
Southeast Asia
It is not a real demanding fish, but requires lots of food and clean water.
It will eat just about anything given it, Including
Bugs
Worms
Fish
Frozen foods
Pellet foods
The water conditions it prefers, is
Soft water, at 5dgh
pH at 6.0 to 6.5
Temperature range of 75 to 82 F.
The tank should have lots of hardy plants, and floating plants to help keep the light down.
With plenty of free swimming room.
They will spawn in captivity, on a solid object in the tank, such as a flat rock.
