I also noticed that after looking carefully into the tank, it looks like smoke in the water. I hope this helps in solving my problem. Thanks,

must be a fire in your tank 
well, I think it's been answered, probably tank isn't completely cycled yet OR you need some major water changes....if it is cycled and turns out that's not the problem and it is just small particles you could try some of that solution that clumps particles together making easier for filters to take them out.
