Hey everybody i have 3 silver-back catfish and two of them are acting normal but one of them always swims with his head half out of the water. He crusies around the tank like that for ever and he doesnt eat much. Does anybody have any suggestions? I hope somebody can help me it doesnt look to right.

I have heard of some catfish doing this but it was usually when they are hungry and looking for food... if yours isnt eating then obviously that isnt it. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with him but it is likely he has some sort of gill parasite that is making it difficult for him to absorb oxygen, try treating for gill flukes and parasites and see if that clears him up.
