algae problem

can anyone help me here? I dont know how to get rid of this. All of my fish are healthy, so I'm not sure if I should do anything about it or should I. It just looks bad. Thanks for any help offered. jason

somethings that might help you:
add a background - don't see one in the pic.
cut down on feeding
have the lights on a little less - unless you've got coral or something that don't show in the pic
