In my main tank (45 HI) i have 1 approximatly 7" long tiger oscar and i have 2 convicts and 2 albinos. The albinos had babies I can't even count how many they had (i'm guessing 50 easy) there all ove the bottom of the tank. The babies have been alive for around 2 months now. There about 1/2" long. I setup 2 new 20L tanks and a 10 gallon tank to move them into. I successfully moved 12 of them into the 10 gallon tank, to see how they would do on there own. The babies eat the flake food, so i figured it would okay to try and move some. All of the other fish are in the 45. I want to get the babies out of there asap. casue the albinos are attakin my other oscars and they pretty much rule the entire bottom half of the tank. I have a Fluval 203 filter, and i'm wondering is the extra load of the babies going to hurt the tanks water and is it putting to much strain on the filter? The 20L tanks have Whisper 40 filters and undergravel filters with Aquaclear 201 powerheads each. and the 10 gallon just has a Aquaclear 150 filter. Do i have enough space in the 3 tanks to hold all of the babies? I would like to give some away, casue this is just too much lol. I should start selling the chiclids becasue they don't stop breeding
Thanks for all the help in advance
