Does anyone know where I can find some of the elusive Red Severums -- hopefully a breedable pair?

they're not easy to find :( thats why I sold my male, couldn't find a female.

There is one guy that occasionally list young pairs of red severums on aquabid (they usually auction for $100-$150pr)other then that most of what I see for sale as red severums are actually the red shoulder green severums.

I have some ordered from Peru but won't know if they're true reds or red shoulders until after they land (probally mid-march).Unfortunatelly there's still some confusion and people are interchangeing the scientific names of the red and red shoulder :(

:) Thank you for the reply. If you would, keep me posted please. The local fish stores around here dont have a clue and I'd sure love to have a pair to raise if nothing else. If you see anything promising, drop me a line. Thanks again.

The photo used for species representation appears to be red shouldered greens. The reds I'm looking for are predominantly red with a gold/orange background and none of the horrizontal striping.
Thanks for the heads up on them being listed.
